Shipping policy
We offer shipping options to all U.S Territories. We ship only to valid street addresses. We currently do not support other international shipments. Delivery to rural and remote locations may require an additional 1-2 business days. Some shipping may not be available for certain remote locations. Additionally some delays may be experienced due to unforeseeable natural disasters or during busy seasons, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc. Any delays that may occur, we will make our best efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible. Items shipped from different warehouse locations will be sent separately and shipping time may vary depending on the location of the warehouse where the item is shipped from. Some customizable or printed products that are made after orders have been placed might take 7-15 more additional days to be shipped according to process needed to create the final product.
US 48 Contiguous States & D.C. –
We currently offer free First Class USPS shipping. Delivery takes usually about 5-15 business days or as specifically stated on the product description. The best estimated shipping times will be stated on the products description as much as possible. Expedited rates are $7.95 (up to 1 lb.) and $12.99 (1-5 lb.) and usually takes 2-5 business days.
Other US Territories & Puerto Rico –
We do not offer free shipping to these territories and shipping charges will apply accordingly. Shipping rate options will be presented at checkout according to rates of carrier and options selected by customer at the time of sale. Delivery times may take longer.
